What makes Element Soccer Different than other Private Training?

The Little things are the big things. Each professional athlete started out as a beginner starting their journey. I give my players the elements to grow their game as far as they want to take it. Through the positive environment I create in sessions it motivates my students to get their touches at home.

My grandparents, parents, and close friends are teachers. I’ve grown up in an educational environment and I mesh that with the positive/fun environment to get maximum focus from my players. This includes the individual homework I tailor specific to each student. I teach the players how to analyze their game. Changing their perspective of failure or mistakes into learning opportunities.

I also prefer parents to stay out and watch the session if possible. It doubles the impact of the session because I teach them what to look for technically. I reinforce that homework is the players responsibility but show the parent how they can be involved at home.

No stress if you have work or need to drop your player off! I have an invoicing system that I write notes on the session along with the homework at home. This way parents can measure the growth of their child’s skills by the notes and structure. I also quiz them at the end on what we learned in front of you. It’s important for them to learn the terminology of the game.
