Duo Training

It all begins with passion for the game. Duo sessions are great to do with a friend, sibling, teammate, or rival. The players have to communicate, apply the skills I teach under pressure, and compete against or with the other player in the session. This builds chemistry for the players while I also teach them leadership skills they can use on and off the field. For younger players this develops confidence and focus. With older players this allows them to measure the growth of their skill and prepare for opportunity such as tryouts.
