Every Element Soccer session is staffed to provide a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for every child. Coach assignments are determined by factors such as class size, age group, and the needs of the participating students.
For larger groups, multiple coaches may be present to ensure each child receives individual attention while maintaining a fun, organized learning environment. Smaller groups may be led by a single coach without compromising the quality of instruction.
All Element Soccer coaches complete a comprehensive onboarding process, including professional training, background checks, and ongoing development to ensure they represent our values and provide a positive experience for every child and school partner.
