Welcome to the official Element Soccer intake form for families interested in working directly with Coach Adrian. This list helps us organize training groups, plan sessions, and offer the right opportunities to the right players throughout the year.

Availability for private and small-group training is limited, and spots tend to fill quickly. While I do my best to accommodate as many families as possible, I typically run group-based training sessions to ensure players receive consistent reps, competitive touches, and an environment that supports steady growth.

Players who come in with a group of teammates or friends generally receive higher scheduling priority and more consistent training opportunities, simply because it allows us to keep training blocks organized and productive. If you don’t currently have a group, no worries—joining the list will help me match your player with the right level and age group when space opens.
